I wasn't sure how much time I had spent on first in this series of three figure drawings, so I estimated that it was between eight minutes or seven, but now I'm doubtful that is accurate. I was poking around my sketch pads and I came across this drawing where I had written down the time limit as three minutes. © VIGNALI STUDIO 2016 . Powered by Blogger . Blogger templates . Your figure drawings seem to sorta have a Harry Carmean-esque quality about em. Very nice.

"Harry Carmean-esque?" That's one heck of a compliment.
I wish I had met him when he was alive. Alas!
Incredible!

Dear artists: Harry Carmean is alive. Our gallery represents his work. He is still actively exhibiting and actively creating. He will have a show of figure drawings at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA early in 2007.
