Figure Drawing
Greetings everyone. Well, it's about time I got my own blog, so here it is. Not much to start with, but there's more to come.I've been figure drawing for quite some time now, and used to teach figure drawing while I was living in Utah. This particular drawing was drawn at the Sony Studios lunch time life drawing session. I can't remember how long the pose was, but typically the poses are about five minutes. At the longest, which isn't very often, the poses will last about eight minutes. So, I imagine the time for this drawing is somewhere between five and eight minutes.

Hey Marcelo,
Great fast drawing! Are these lunch sessions open to the public, or strictly sony employees? I'm not far from there and would love to drop in for some 5 minute poses (my favorite).
By the way, welcome to the blogosphere, as they call it. I hope to get my blog going a little more in the near future.

Thanks for the compliments. Unfortunately the drawing classes are only for Sony employees. You could probably check with Otis Art School (they're in Marina Del Rey) to see if there are any other drawing classes that are taking place in town.
