'Nuther After Effects Test...

To see this image move, click this link. I was playing around in After Effects, trying to learn how to cut up an image and make it move using this program. Again, a special thanks to Todd Pilger for technical support.

The musical group is Christian Thrash-Metal band Haste the Day.

Looks good! The monster's jaw could use one more pivot point towards the front of the jaw, just behind the teeth. Rather than swinging with the whole jaw, the right side would swing un and down, and the front teeth would remain level, but parented. It would have a fore-shorting effect with little effort. If you wanted to get fancy with it, you could then put a 3D rotation on that front teeth to enhance the movement. If you need any help, I'd more than happy to show you.

It totally agree, but I didn't know how to hinge it in two places. That was my first attempt at creating a pivot point. I really appreciate your offer to help Joe. I'll have to look into parenting a pivot point.

I saw that some people are able to combine 3D elements with some of their After Effects, but that's way above where I am. Baby-steps, baby-steps for me.

It's fun, I'm learning what works and what doesn't work so well.
